Whether it’s a matter of fit or simply a change of mind, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Costs & Fees

Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. However, if you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, we will cover these costs.

No Restocking Fees: We believe in transparency; you will never be charged a restocking or administrative fee for a return.
Refund Process
Once your return is delivered to us and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
Order Cancellations
We move quickly to get your orders out, but we understand that plans can change.

Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund by emailing info@milvaly.com within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 Hours: Once this window has passed, your order is already being processed with our fulfillment team and cannot be stopped. In this instance, please follow the standard return process after your package arrives.
